The experience was low pressure to the point where I had to tell Bernard that I wanted to see numbers on the Toyota Avalon which is the car I purchased. Bishipp Knight did a great job explaining the numbers to me and I was sold, also every car they sell comes with a Lifetime Powertrain warranty Free of charge.
