Patient, Great Customer Service, Hassle-Free Experience I can say with affirmation that my experience was worth the wait! I got to ring the "PURCHASE BELL" and drove away in my new car a HAPPY WOMAN! On my way to the dealership with my son I was very anxious and nervous, I had received a pre-qualification letter from my bank "Capital One" who referred me to Nexcar Dealership. I like my bank and trusted they were steering me in the right direction and so I took a chance and visited Nexcar with the intention of purchasing my first car through financing. I walked up and was greeted by a sales rep and once I informed him I was their to meet with "Tee" (sales rep) I was quickly directed to him. Despite my nervousness he made the process seem effortless he took my information (repeatedly said "Don't worry, I got you) and while I waited the other sales reps were courteous and reassuring. The atmosphere was light and airy there were burst of laughter and like the others that purchased their car and rang the bell as they got in their new car and drove away, I wanted that to me too. - N. BAD EXPERIENCE I went to this place thinking I would walk out with a car after reading all the good reviews people said about this place.When I arrived I was greeted I went to this place thinking I would walk out with a car after reading all the good reviews people said about this place.When I arrived I was greeted by phil and thought he would help me but seemed like he wasn't even trying to help me,then told me I could only get one car.Then I spoke with Paul told him what I could put down,test drove a car then was told I was going to finish my paper work with some lady(dont remember her name)but she was rude!Then she tells me I had to put 1500 down because I have no credit.I thought that was the whole purpose,that they are suppose to help you with no,bad,good credit etc.Point blank,I walked out with out driving in a car like they so much guarantee and advertise you would!I was very disappointed,will not go back and DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to ANYONE.
