SOLD ME AN UNSAFE AUTOMOBILE, THAT COULD HAVE KILLED US.. I bought a 1994 Ford Tempo GL with 19K original miles..MOST LIKELY 119K MILES. I bought it from Nick Mayers Marshall Ford Lincoln on November 3, 2014. I bought this car for my daughter who was turning 21 to use it to go to college, I live in Las Vegas so I had it shipped to me. Upon arrival the car looked good, but after taking it to my mechanic they told me that it was unsafe to put on the road and to send it back....Its been an on going battle to try and get someone to own up to this piece of junk and to give me back a refund that would be suitable to my loss....I paid $3383.50 for this car then another 800 for shipping. I'm not looking for full refund but they offered $300 a couple days ago and I felt insulted......I am so very disappointed in the way they are handling this matter. I will be calling the better business bureau on monday and will contact an attorney if I have to .........My mechanic will sign a note stating that the car is dangerous and could not be registered as it is unsafe to drive.....I would love to speak with Nick Mayer but he has not been MAN enough to return my phone calls......I do hope no one else will ever be subjected to this kind of cruelty.....I am so very disappointed as I bought this from the ford dealership as I felt they could be trusted to sell me a good product for a good price..... and I was completely mislead........they lack honesty, integrity and character and they wouldn't know the truth if it slapped them in the face....this is the most dishonorable dealer I've ever dealt with......so very disappointed....Hope and Pray no on will ever have to go through this as I did......UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WOULD I EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN........... Why any dealership would make this guy (Kyle) a manager is beyond me? This guy is unintelligent, immature, arrogant, and beyond rude to customers. I would like to apologize for blaming Willie Jofferion and Marshall Ford Superstore Ohio. We were misled about our car warranty by the McCafferty Dealership where we turn for service, they told us our and Marshall Ford Superstore Ohio. Put $500.00 down on Weds. to hold it til Saturday, pending parent approval & they sold it on Friday even with a signed contract! Owner was very rude & didn't care that we had anything on paper! The are not even willing to take back the vehicle or offer some compensation. These guys are not reasonable. Certainly not decent. Buy from this dealer as a last resort. Second thought, take the bus for a while till you find a car somewhere else. More
