It took 3 days to diagnose. Dealer would never call back when I was told they would. Then once diagnosed the main issue I had wasn't fixable due to obsolete part. After I notified Nick Nicholas Ford about a recall on my Explorer Michelle called me several times to set up the mobile appointment. Each time she was informative, courteous and knowledgable.
