Disappointed with the level of satisfaction with customer service, Car sat for a month plus, infected with mouse eating my wires after changing out my transmission, they claim the mouse is from where I park service, Car sat for a month plus, infected with mouse eating my wires after changing out my transmission, they claim the mouse is from where I park my car and check engine is been on immediate after I pick up my car after transmission was done. BMW Adviser said I have no warranty on the repair. Now I have AC compressor issues with order codes found after before my car was done. Not happy with how the AC compressor was ratified. They ever left my battery cover in the trunk open. More
