Communication regarding the status of my vehicle was poor on the third day it was at Niello. The car was supposed to be done that day. When I called to see what time it would be done, the call was sent to vo on the third day it was at Niello. The car was supposed to be done that day. When I later texted instead to request a Lyft ride, the response and update were very delayed. I had a busy afternoon and didn’t have time to wait around.
