Had my car serviced here to repair an AC leak. Took my car on a road trip a few days later and the car shut down completely while I was on the road. Turns out their technician didn't do the work correctly. Aside from the danger this situation put my family and I in, I was stuck in so cal trying to figure out how to resolve the issue and get back home. In my opinion, little to nothing has been done with regards to compensating me for the inconvenience. The dealership did acknowledge it was their fault and agreed to reimburse me (not sure why I had to front the money to fix something that was their fault). Unfortunately, this is the nearest dealership to me, so I'm stuck with them. As a warning to others, don't expect much in terms of customer service from this place. If you can, take your business to a dealership that values its customers and has a reputation for quality work. More
