I custom ordered an EX30 and Jess (Jessica), I feel, truly worked hard to earn my business. Not only in a fair price, but also in explaining the EX30's discontinuation in the US, accessories availabilit truly worked hard to earn my business. It was a journey for me, but she kept me on board and now that I own the EX30, I'm incredibly happy with it and glad I had her support along the way. Also - the dealership lobby was very relaxed and the actual buying process was so incredibly effortless. In fact most of what I remember is chatting about coffee and some of the best places to eat downtown. Finance was great, too. I can tell they work as a team because some of the accessories I was interested that I'd mentioned to Jess, we explored in finance. Honestly? Without exaggeration I would say this was the easiest buying experience of maybe the 7-8 cars I've owned. For me, personally, the key areas that really stood out were: - Niello did not add on a list of trackers, paint coating, interior protectants, etc. - I didn't have to go through the genuine hassle of negotiating those out of the price - Finance did not pressure to put additional items and warranty onto the car I understand the business side of it, too. It's a balance because the dealer has to bring in additional revenue but from a customer perspective, if you're sure of what you want, Niello makes it pretty much effortless to get it without the traditional back and forth and they respect where you're at and what you want from the start. So, kudos to the Niello Volvo team. And a shoutout to the parts department, they've been chasing something down for me now for weeks and I appreciate them! More
