A year ago I was interested in the new Jeep Renegade and Lexi had helped me with a test drive and discussed the particular packages and options for it but I wasn't really ready to buy at the time. After a few minutes Lexi came to help me and immediately recognized me and remembered all the details from a year ago. After another test drive she informed me of the new features of the 2016 Renegade Limited and sked me what options,packages and colors I was interested in and then was able to give knowledgeable and professional advice that helped me with my purchase.
