Roland Maecha was and always will be my Service Adviser as long as I am a customer of Nielsen because he exemplifies the consummate professional in every way. Not only does he carry himself in a very patient manner, he diffused any concerns I had and gave me piece of mind. He constantly kept me in the loop and followed up routinely to update me with the status of my car. He definitely didn't oversell and under deliver. I had the loaner for 17 days and even though the vehicle was under warranty, they covered the vehicle and Roland wiped clean all accruing charges that came along with having the loaner. I now look forward to coming into the Nielsen Service Department no matter what the issue is, big or small, look for Roland, they don't get any better than him. He is simply the best! More
