Patient and SO helpful! The was my first time buying a new car and I was absolutely terrified. As soon as I walked into Nielsen's I was quickly filled with excitement and ease when talking to the manager and then finally Jon. Jon spent 7 long hours with me doing everything in his power to get me my dream car and it worked!! Not at any point did I feel I was a burden to him or anyone there, or feel as though Jon did not want to help me. He was such a great guy being honest with me in every step of the way! Definitely ask for him when you go in! More

Other dealerships should take a class from this one! I recently purchased a new truck from Nielsen Dodge and this was BY FAR - the BEST ALL AROUND dealings I have had with a car dealership. I dealt with I recently purchased a new truck from Nielsen Dodge and this was BY FAR - the BEST ALL AROUND dealings I have had with a car dealership. I dealt with a gentleman named Greg through Internet sales at first who went above and beyond to assist me in my search and satisfaction with my price matching. I did all the paperwork prior to walking into the dealership and upon entering I was in and out in less than an hour with my new truck. Their financing office is state of the art, they don't hand you 500 copies of everything - nope, you literally sign a "desk pad" and they hand you a zip drive with all your documents on it. So much better! Everyone was nice, friendly, attentive and focused on making the customer happy. (Which you don't see everyday) More
