I wanted to purchase a 2015 fully loaded all black Dodge Durango r/t blacktop edition through a dealership within my area who Horrible experience!!!! I wanted to purchase a 2015 fully loaded all black Dodge Durango r/t blacktop edition through a dealership within my area who honored True Car prices. After personally searching dodge's inventory within a 200 mile radius I realized that there were 3 exact matches, which were all out of state. Jarretsville Maryland, 164 miles away and two in Massachusetts 184 miles away. I was contacted by an Internet salesman "Bob" who was very professional. He referred me to sales representative Nicole Mauro because I was inquiring about possibly having the vehicle shipped from Maryland to Nielson Dodge immediately and didn't want to build and order. That process would take 6 to 8 weeks. Nicole contacted me and told me that was possible but I meaning me the customer would have to pay a fee because two people from Nielson would have to make the trip to pick up the vehicle and drive it back. She also told me that the fee was at an overtime rate and I laughed and obviously declined this option. She said that she really wanted my business and then suggested a build, price agreement and then order option. She told me that she would build my exact vehicle choice and would call me back to discuss the price. This was the week of Thanksgiving and I haven't heard from her since. For customers who aren't aware of how long it takes to build your own car it takes 5 minutes. This is the third time a sales representative from Dodge neglected to follow through with this purchase. The two additional sales representatives were Ryan from Paramus Dodge and Joe from Decozen Dodge in Verona. I am moving on to GMC / Chevrolet to purchase either a Yukon or Tahoe. I am sure it will be a much better experience. More
