Marc truly has the capabilities to listen to the needs of the buyer and works towards achieving customer satisfaction. We bought a new 2015 Cherokee for the wife this past summer and Marc exceeded our expectations! This time around I was in the market for a pickup truck and spent many hours traveling to various dealerships. I didnt want a full size truck like the Ram 1500 but after speaking to Marc on several occasions I decided to go visit him again - its always such a truly and genuine pleasant experience. We test drove the vehicle and talked for a while w/o ever feeling pressured or rushed to arrive at a decision. I almost left several times but Marc was able to assist in closing the deal to make sure my customer satisfaction was at a 10 !
