All 10's I just leased a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited at Nielsen Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. The experience was so much fun. I know that sounds unusual for a car I just leased a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited at Nielsen Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. The experience was so much fun. I know that sounds unusual for a car buying experience. But it is true. I worked with Joe Alfano, who is an expert. It was a no nonsense, no haggling, great deal. Joe made me feel so excited to own a Jeep. It took about an hour to pick out the Jeep I wanted and settle on a price (and most of it was me deciding on options and a color). I picked up the car at my convenience and Joe spent time showing me all the features until I was fully comfortable with my new Jeep. Thanks Joe. I will recommend you to all my friends and family!!! More

Jon Dzydzora My husband's car broke beyond repair and we needed a car ASAP. We had been car shopping all day and this was the 6th dealership we went to. At all b My husband's car broke beyond repair and we needed a car ASAP. We had been car shopping all day and this was the 6th dealership we went to. At all but one of the dealerships thus far, no one would even talk to us and we ended up leaving. We were inside the Nielsen building for a few minutes and had been about to leave when Jon noticed us from across the room and came over to ask if we had been helped. He showed us everything we asked for, we test drove one car, left to visit a few other dealerships and then finally came back to test drive four more cars. Jon was happy to help us but not at all pushy and was very patient with our questions. I'm very happy to have worked with him and if we ever need another car while we still live in this area Jon at Nielsen will be our first stop. More

He was polite, knowledgeable and fast which I appreciated. I drove away thinking that both sides were happy which is a nice feeling when trying to make a big purchase. Would definitely recommend both Joe and Nielson when considering purchasing a car or truck. My prior purchase there I worked with Joe Alfano who was also terrific. When I walked into the dealership last week I ran into Joe and he remembered my name from my purchase 7 years ago. These guys get it! More

Excellent Service! I have seen bad reviews of this dealership and it's service center but don't understand why people are giving it these kind of reviews. The only thin I have seen bad reviews of this dealership and it's service center but don't understand why people are giving it these kind of reviews. The only thing I see is it is a very busy dealership and you have to be prepared to plan your service sometimes a week or two in advance. When you arrive at the dealerships service center they are polite and friendly. Inside they are the same polite friendly people you expect. They are professional which some people take as rudeness. I don't find this the case I see the professionalism but if you chat to them like a human being they are very friendly. The time it took to do the recall and the service was less then their stated two hours so nothing to complain about and my Durango came back to me the same as I gave it to them, clean. Thank you Nielsen Dodge and keep up the excellent service! Hope your building upgrades get done soon! lol More
