Online service is a joke I was browsing the inventory when I was solicited with an online chat request to speak with Nicole Mauro. Nicole just tries to get you into the dealer I was browsing the inventory when I was solicited with an online chat request to speak with Nicole Mauro. Nicole just tries to get you into the dealership and on the phone. The whole "internet thing" seems to be a bother. She asked me almost immediately for a phone number in case we lose connection. It's 2015 and the chat services re-establish connection without much trouble. Either she isn't aware of todays technology or she feels people aren't as savvy. Either way she shouldn't be working the online department. So after giving her my number there is dead silence for 10 minutes. I ask if she is still with me? 5 minutes later she responds with "Yes, I'm here. sorry" then my cell phone starts ringing from an unknown number. I am probably right in assuming it was her or someone from the dealership. I didn't give permission to call and we didn't "lose connection" So I didn't answer and then I responded with "ok" Her followup was "So when are you planning to come in to the dealership to pick out your cherokee?" I responded with "I thought I was doing that right now?" Anyways, If you think you can work out a deal with this dealership online (Like I have done so with other dealerships, DCH, Flemington GMC, ect, etc) don't bother. They are pushy online I can't imagine how they are once you get into their dealership. I will look elsewhere. More
