Good Service Visit This was my first visit with my new truck - the overall service itself was good. I chose to wait during the work (oil change, tire rotation, recall w This was my first visit with my new truck - the overall service itself was good. I chose to wait during the work (oil change, tire rotation, recall work on the entertainment system). I'm please with the work they did but there were a couple issues. First the courtesy shuttle really needs to slow down in the parking lot, the guy nearly took my door off as he sped through the drop off area. Second the free wifi in the customer waiting area is dreadfully slow - my cell service was faster and we're talking AT&T here. More

Wonderful Experience! I had never shopped at Nielsen Dodge before; however, I had attended an event there back in the Spring. I had a good feeling once I met some of the s I had never shopped at Nielsen Dodge before; however, I had attended an event there back in the Spring. I had a good feeling once I met some of the salespeople. Since the lease was almost up on my car, I decided to go and visit with Alexandra Elder to see what Jeep had to offer. I told her I wasn't really ready to "buy" yet, but wanted to just do some research on the Jeep Compass. She assured me that was fine and would have a Compass ready for me to test drive when I came in. I'm one of those people that needs to do a lot of research before I make a purchase and therefore felt I knew a good bit about the Jeep Compass. During the test drive, I had a number of questions which Alexandra answered completely and concisely. No matter what I asked, she knew the answer and was also very educated about competitive cars and how the Jeep compares with them. When we got back to the dealership, we talked "numbers". I told her I was trying to reduce my monthly payment and realized I'd have to get a "stripped down" model, but the cost saving was the most important thing. She came and sat next to me, grabbed my hand and said "don't worry, we'll figure something out that will make you happy". Well, that was the understatement of the day! She found a wonderful Jeep Compass for me that is far from stripped down and yet has a monthly payment less than my previous car. "Lexy" was professional, understanding and knowledgeable. She handled everything for me and made the process seamless and pleasant. The experience from the greeting at the front desk when I arrived, to the handing over of keys was wonderful! I will definitely be recommending not only NIelsen, but Alexandra as well. Thank you so much!!! More

SRT Challenger Purchase Most of this transaction took place over the phone and I hadn't come into the dealership or met Bill until the day I picked up the car. I ordered over the phone an SRT Challenger on 7 15 15 with 2k down. Was given a VON on 7 16 15 and a VIN on 7 20 15. The car was delivered to the dealership on 8 12 15 and I picked it up on 8 14 15. Maybe the stars were in alignment or what have you but a I had my new car in under 4 weeks. I want to say the phone was answered when I called, and if I had to leave a message my call was returned and all emails were returned promptly. It really was as good as it believe it could be from dealing with financing and signing all the paper work to interacting over the phone and finally at the time of pickup with Bill. I would certainly recommend Bill and Nielson Dodge to anyone in the market for a new car. Regards, Patrick More
