Bill's experience with the brand, the service history and the inventory systems helped us to narrow down the specific vehicle. Brian closed out the night with the most high tech and efficient document process I've ever seen in a dealership. With only a brief appearance from Dean the sales manager, we arrived at a great deal for both parties. While you can never just get "in and out" of a car dealership, we certainly enjoyed our time with everyone above and the numerous other sales team members we interacted with throughout the day.
