Car Purchase We walked into the Jeep Nielsen showroom with the intention to have a 'look see'. I have always driven Volvo cars so I was interested to see the Jeep We walked into the Jeep Nielsen showroom with the intention to have a 'look see'. I have always driven Volvo cars so I was interested to see the Jeep Trail Hawk. There were many sales personnel available but whilst they were friendly, none of them followed up around. Instead they gave space but we knew that there would be someone to help us. We ended up being assisted by Lexi and she was most helpful and patient. It was a busy day at the dealership (as there was some event going on that day). However, we were never made to feel rushed nor pressured. All in all, service is great here. It helps when all sales personnel are friendly especially in such a competitive field. To all at this dealership in East Hanover, THANK YOU! More
