They took the car off of the floor, thoroughly cleaned it and gased it up for me while I worked with Terrence, the financial manager, signing papers. He was very helpful and thorough. I was made to feel comfortable through the buying process. I even made some cash back in the money machine. It ended up being a very pleasant and fun experience and I was so happy to drive away in my new car! Thank you! More

This was my first new car purchase and I was extremely nervous, but Tony really made the entire experience easy and exciting. We Wanted a Minivan that was out of our price range then fell in love with a truck that was too small for the family, so after listening to me go on for hours about all the things that were important to me he nailed it and found the perfect solution. He was honest, straight forward, friendly and from the beginning told us what and what was not possible. For a 17 year old getting his first car, that is very important. The most essential part of the process for my husband and myself was Dave's honesty - if you can't help us, just tell us. Dave patiently answered my son's questions, which seemed like a million, and did so without making him feel as though he was inconsequential throughout the process. We all appreciated that fact. We would highly recommend Nielsen Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram and especially, Dave, if you want a good quality product and honest answers to your questions. More

Who knew I had no idea how much fun car shopping, test driving, buying and driving off in a new car could be. Joe Alfano explained the process, walked us through it and sent me on my way in a brand new durango. My sister and I met with Joe a total of 4 times and he never lost patience with us. Joes laid back style, knowledge and witty sense of humor kept us at the nielsen dealership that we stopped at on a whim, when there were 2 dealerships closer to our houses. When Joe delivered the car to me, he had already waited an hour after he was due to leave for the day and still took his time teaching me about all of the features in my new car. More
