If someone sends you the exact specs for the vehicle they want and no dealer has it in stock then spend less time trying to sell something on the lot. Moving inventory is key but so is making the buying experience quick and painless. 2. When the custom ordered vehicle arrives and the client goes to finance, ask questions about how the financing will be done. Don't assume the client wants a 6 year lone at 8% interest. You had 6 week in advance to iron out these details so when the client arrives the vehicle turnover would be quick...not over 2 hours. Aside from these points I would return to this dealership and purchase another Jeep. More
