My experience at Nielsen was amazing. Mark AAsum could not have been more helpful. I have a very limited schedule so buying a car can be a hassle. I told Mark I wanted to cut right to the deal. As a SRT enthusiast you can imagine how this rubbed me the wrong way. I came into Nielsen with no appointment and Jim helped me no problem and had the service manager take pictures right away to get the warranty process going. A short time after that the problem I was trying to have fixed for months was finally fixed. I will be using Nielsen for all my future servicing as they seem to understand the SRT and the culture behind it. More
