Let me preface this by stating that normally my wife and I detest going to car dealerships...that being said we were very pleased with the staff at Ni Let me preface this by stating that normally my wife and I detest going to car dealerships...that being said we were very pleased with the staff at Nielsen more specifically our sales associate Mike “Mopar Mike” Mersch and the finance guy (I wasn’t there for that so I don’t know his name). No pressure sales, no bait&switch......basically everything that people hate about car dealerships and the horror stories you hear do not apply when you go to Nielsen. Our experience set a record time for buying a car! Literally the fastest time ever when purchasing a new vehicle! We went in at @ noon and I drove the new “toy” home just a few short hours later. Worst service ever experienced, period. Bunch of incompetent people and broken system running the place. Was there first thing in the morning per scheduled appointment. Later was told the car is ready to pick up in late afternoon. Arrived on time for pick up. First they lost my file/ work order and staff running around looking totally lost. After 20 min they finally find the paperwork but I was told nothing being done to it at all. Give me the excuse that the shop is so back-up blah blah blah..... and not even apologize for it. So I am wasting almost the whole day without my car and got nothing done. Totallly unacceptable! More

I actually was looking at a Sahara Wrangler but I told him my want of keeping my payment lower so he tried to get the payments for the Sahara where I wanted them, but it just didn't work. Once he realized it wouldn't work he took the time to show me the Sport and I loved it. He never pressured me to take the higher model and always made me feel at ease. We ended up working out a deal on a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL and I have never been happier. When I am in the market again I will definitely be back. More

The paperwork was ready, printed, and in a folder waiting me for to sign. From the time I parked and drove off the lot with my new car it was all under 2 hours. That is basically unheard of. The quote I got on the phone was the quote that was given to me, no surprises, no added or hidden fees nothing. Nobody could have been as honest and as caring as Amanda. I recommend that if you are looking for a vehicle she not only is so knowledgeable but she will be so straight forward and tell you everything you want to hear and not want to hear.
