Stranded! I had borrowed my daughter’s Jeep and managed to lose it’s only key! Frantic, I contacted Nielsen and was fortunate to connect with Mike in Sales an I had borrowed my daughter’s Jeep and managed to lose it’s only key! Frantic, I contacted Nielsen and was fortunate to connect with Mike in Sales and I explained my situation. So as to not keep me on hold for too long, Mike took my cell number and said he would try to get the info I needed since it was after hours and service was closed for the day. Not only did he get back to me the info and with the number for Roadside Assistance, he followed up with me asking if I had way to get home. Unbelievable! Customer service at its best! Luckily, the lost key was eventually found before more drastic measures needed to be taken. Thee days later Mike followed up with me to see how I made out and if all turned out ok! Again. Above and beyond! So rare nowadays! I appreciate all his help and especially his follow through. Tony is the man! Well the lease on my Honda was ending in October so I stopped by last Friday to get some prices on challengers and chargers but all that went out the Well the lease on my Honda was ending in October so I stopped by last Friday to get some prices on challengers and chargers but all that went out the window when we met tony lol. He came out and immediately asked what I was interested in and what my price range was and introduced me to my new baby ( a destroyer grey RT) let me test drive even after we told him we weren’t looking to get into anything that day. Once the test drive was done Tony gave us a deal that we couldn’t refuse so the next day we walked in on a Saturday around 9:30 and I was on the road by 11 with my new car.
