For the past 3 months I was telling myself how excited I am to get into a Jeep again, but the thought of the process was not motivating me. I was referred to Amanda, client adviser at Nielsen and never thought my experience was going to be so amazing. The moment I walked in, I knew I was in good hands just by her greeting. The paperwork was ready, printed, and in a folder waiting me for to sign. From the time I parked and drove off the lot with my new car it was all under 2 hours. That is basically unheard of. The quote I got on the phone was the quote that was given to me, no surprises, no added or hidden fees nothing. Nobody could have been as honest and as caring as Amanda. I recommend that if you are looking for a vehicle she not only is so knowledgeable but she will be so straight forward and tell you everything you want to hear and not want to hear. That's truly something that you don't get everywhere. If you are in the market for a new car, contact this dealership first. They wont disappoint! More

Stranded! I had borrowed my daughter’s Jeep and managed to lose it’s only key! Frantic, I contacted Nielsen and was fortunate to connect with Mike in Sales an I had borrowed my daughter’s Jeep and managed to lose it’s only key! Frantic, I contacted Nielsen and was fortunate to connect with Mike in Sales and I explained my situation. So as to not keep me on hold for too long, Mike took my cell number and said he would try to get the info I needed since it was after hours and service was closed for the day. Not only did he get back to me the info and with the number for Roadside Assistance, he followed up with me asking if I had way to get home. Unbelievable! Customer service at its best! Luckily, the lost key was eventually found before more drastic measures needed to be taken. Thee days later Mike followed up with me to see how I made out and if all turned out ok! Again. Above and beyond! So rare nowadays! I appreciate all his help and especially his follow through.
