Hahahahaha you want to get service done? Awful service department. The desk reps will look you in the eye, say your vehicle will be ready in 1 hour, next thing you know 4-6 hours have gone by Awful service department. The desk reps will look you in the eye, say your vehicle will be ready in 1 hour, next thing you know 4-6 hours have gone by, still an "hr wait" and they could still care less about you no matter how much you actually need to leave. I heard them making fun of how customers looked on the security cameras, specifically the woman who monitors them, which is totally inappropriate, irresponsible, arrogant,etc.. So unhappy with this rude and overpriced dept that has the xxxxx to ask you for a nice review with the dealership, their boss.. Truth is if you have say a battery replacement (which takes less than absolute max of 30 min. to check/remove/replace) they push your "unimportant task" to the end of the line behind customers getting more expensive work done. I will never recommend them to anyone period, and I have actually told people interested in going there to not even bother. Total. Waste. Of. A. Staff. More
