Horrible experience I have been a customer at this dealership for 15 years and I am appalled at the way I was taken advantage of and disrespected on my last visit. When I returned to discuss the problem, I was told "you shouldn't have signed the lease if you weren't satisfied with the price. Nothing we can do about it now" A few short months into the lease, my battery leaked acid all over and I was stranded. Ended up calling AAA to jump start my Jeep so I could get home, and they told me this absolutely should NOT happen on a car less than 1 year old. After several calls to arrange for a new battery, I brought it to the dealership only to be told "it happens all the time when it gets cold". Words cannot adequately express my disappointment with this dealership. I have recommended numerous family and friends to this dealership before they ripped me off. I can not wait to return this Jeep when the lease is up. It is unfortunate that they felt the need to bamboozle a single mother who works two jobs. I mistakenly assumed because I was a "loyal customer" for 15 years I would have received a fair price. Needless to say, I will never return to this dealership again. More

We knew we wanted a truck as the replacement car, we just had no idea which one. We decided to take an hour drive up to Nielsen Dodge Jeep Ram because one of our friends purchased his Jeep from there and had nothing but positive things to say! We walked in and had the pleasure of working with Pete! He showed us exactly what we were looking for (2019 Limited Jeep Cherokee). We explained that we didn’t want a huge truck like the Grand Cherokee but still wanted a truck. He let us take a long ride in the truck he recomended and I instantly fell in love with the comfort and the way it handeled (like he said I would). As we were discussing a price I NEVER once felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. After less then an hour of arriving, viewed 3 truck, discussed a good price that I was comfortable with going with we were ready to sign papers. After doing so, Pete then took an additional step to introduce us to his manager and the survive team! Pete was very helpful and made this expierence seamless in every way possible. We were in and out driving away with a brand new 2019 White Jeep Cherokee (FULLY LOADED!!!) -Thank You Pete! More

I really didn't think I was going to be able to get the car I wanted because of my budget, but Lexy worked hard on my behalf and I was able to get a great car! Terry in Finance was so considerate and caring, which made the paperwork part of the transaction a whole lot less annoying! :) Roland in service is one of Nielsen's best kept secrets. He takes customer service very seriously and there is nothing he won't do to ensure you have a pleasant experience and your service needs are met. Large inventory,great customer service So this is my secound time buying a car from Nielson the people there are nice they have a huge inventory of vechicles. The service Dept. Is even better which is hard to find at a dealership service center. 20 plus years of owning a car they treat you with respect dont force you into anything you dont need( they well give Recommendations on what u need) but dont force anything on u. This is one of the biggest reasons I bought my second Jeep from them and plan to buy my next vech there... I have been to many dealerships and everyone of them treat you like a number or another sale they could careless about you. I was in the Market for a new 2018 Jeep In January stop in Nielson with my Family and talked to Lexy about what we wanted etc. left with nothing at that time they didnt have the vech we wanted. So three Months later I needed some work done on the Jeep I owned already and as I was wait walked back into the showroom and theres Lexy Im sure she sees 100’s of people walk in and out of there, but with that said she calls my by my name. I’m extremely inpressed that she remembered me and I wasnt with the family so wasnt like she saw all 4 of us and something makes her remember us or me than she proceeds to ask me how my wife is and calls her by her name.
