Thw salesman I got was Steve Romaine and he was not the least bit pushy. He gave me exactly the information that I was looking for. I then left and continued my search. When I returned that evening because I had made my decision I was even more impressed and shocked. Bob Magarino had added 2 "extras" to the original deal. I have never been treated so special and expeditiously at any other dealership. Absolutely would recommend this dealership to everyone. And I LOVE my new SUV. More

there used cars are junk On 3/29/15 i bought a used ford f250. I was told by ken that all used vechicles were checked over and everything would be good. The backup sensors did not work, the drivers side window makes aknocki g noise goi g up and down. The drivers side power port dose not work. Then today i noticed the passenger side wheel well has bubbling up. I sent an email to ken and got no response. Sent another and same thing. Now i will be calling the owner. Stay away from these crooks.. More

Buyer Beware Smooth as ice and just as cold once you question their deceptive practices. Don't they make enough on the sale & service of the vehicles they sell with out getting greedy and trying to squeeze a little more out of you. It is experiences like the one I had at magarino ford that make the Tesla sales model so attractive. Greedy salesmen and greedier dealerships should make car shoppers think twice before purchasing a car here. The word pathological comes to mind when I think of magarino ford. They made a sale but not a customer, I wont even bring the car back to them for service. More

Absolutley the rudest dealership I have ever been to. I was decieved by Vic the salesman and when I had a faulty part on my car and called and spoke to service about it, he said he would speak to Sam Magar was decieved by Vic the salesman and when I had a faulty part on my car and called and spoke to service about it, he said he would speak to Sam Magarino Jr to see what they could do about it. Waited about 15 mins with no return phone call so I called back and the service guy was now beyond RUDE and told me that if I had a problem that Sam would speak to me about it. When I was tranfered to Sam and I started explaining the problem, he was arrogant, rude and and told me it wasnt his problem. Sam magarino has no respect for women and definitly doesnt not know the 1st meaning of customer service. I hope his attitude and arrogance gets his dealership closed down. I WILL NEVER ALLOW AND ONE I CARE ABOUT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS USELESS DEALERSHIP!!!!! Shame on you for how you treat people!!!!! More

While looking for a small SUV, we first shopped around the Parsippany area where we live. Other dealers would not budge on price or throw in anything to sweeten the deal. One was outright rude, which was baffling since he is in sales, and relies on customer relationships to make a living. We saw the type of truck we wanted on Magarino's website, and decided to take the ride to Sussex County one afternoon. It was totally worth it!!! Vic Florio was great from the start, showed us a few other trucks, and never rushed us, or tried any BS salesman tactics. Another employee Pat was there to help as well. They joked with my son and gave him candy while we looked at cars and trucks for a while. Anyway, we found a great SUV for an amazing price, and they extended the warranty too. As promised, there were no hidden fees, no issues, just service with a smile. A few weeks later we went back to pick up our license plates, and not one, but two salesmen jumped out of their seats, and put the plates on our car witho out question. My experience with Vic, Pat, and the rest of the Magarino crew was top notch. I will never shop anywhere else. More

It seems people only write reviews when they experience an issue. I have been buying cars from Magarino Ford for awhile and have never found a car dealer more accommodating. I went to magarino ford to buy a used car and met Sam jr. It was such a great expeirence i had to look around to make sure where i was!
