He was very professional and always listened to us and made sure we got what we wanted from Ford. He sees to it that there is no inconvenience to the customer and made sure everything went smoothly. I was able to meet Steve through my initial contact with Kelly Cain who I believe is their Internet sales/marketing person. Very easy to talk to, very responsive over email and on the phone. Lastly, Bobby Magarino was very polite and very easy to talk to - I believe he is the big boss over there. But speaking with him felt like speaking to an old friend, always ready to listen and always looks out for you. I will always recommend this dealership and would definitely come back for our next Ford. More

Beyond exceptional !!!! I went to just get information. I was "shopping". Not decided on what manufacturer I was going to buy. Just knew I wanted a SUV. When I returned that evening because I had made my decision I was even more impressed and shocked. Bob Magarino had added 2 "extras" to the original deal. I have never been treated so special and expeditiously at any other dealership. Absolutely would recommend this dealership to everyone. And I LOVE my new SUV. More

Everyone at the dealership made us feel special, other sales people were asking what we were buying, how did we like it, etc. Once we knew what model I was interested in, Frank was sending me pictures of it. They had the car detailed and full of fuel when we got there, took the test drive, and signed the papers that night. Orlando in Finance was great explaining all the paperwork, and the owner even stopped by to congratulate us even though we kept them late! Overall, extremely please and will ABSOLUTELY recommend to others!!! More

there used cars are junk On 3/29/15 i bought a used ford f250. I was told by ken that all used vechicles were checked over and everything would be good. The backup sensors did not work, the drivers side window makes aknocki g noise goi g up and down. The drivers side power port dose not work. Then today i noticed the passenger side wheel well has bubbling up. I sent an email to ken and got no response. Sent another and same thing. Now i will be calling the owner. Stay away from these crooks.. More

Don't they make enough on the sale & service of the vehicles they sell with out getting greedy and trying to squeeze a little more out of you. It is experiences like the one I had at magarino ford that make the Tesla sales model so attractive. Greedy salesmen and greedier dealerships should make car shoppers think twice before purchasing a car here. The word pathological comes to mind when I think of magarino ford. They made a sale but not a customer, I wont even bring the car back to them for service. More

Absolutley the rudest dealership I have ever been to. I was decieved by Vic the salesman and when I had a faulty part on my car and called and spoke to service about it, he said he would speak to Sam Magar was decieved by Vic the salesman and when I had a faulty part on my car and called and spoke to service about it, he said he would speak to Sam Magarino Jr to see what they could do about it. Waited about 15 mins with no return phone call so I called back and the service guy was now beyond RUDE and told me that if I had a problem that Sam would speak to me about it. When I was tranfered to Sam and I started explaining the problem, he was arrogant, rude and and told me it wasnt his problem. Sam magarino has no respect for women and definitly doesnt not know the 1st meaning of customer service. I hope his attitude and arrogance gets his dealership closed down. I WILL NEVER ALLOW AND ONE I CARE ABOUT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS USELESS DEALERSHIP!!!!! Shame on you for how you treat people!!!!! More
