I received everything I wanted within the vehicle and even though I did not have the best financial situation I was able to take the car home that very night. I have never felt so comfortable within a dealership, at no point was I left at Nelson's desk unattended waiting for him, someone from the dealership was with me every step of the way. I have never had that kind of service before and because of this I would recommend every one go to Newton Kia for their next car purchase. I will be a customer for life. Both Nelson and Herb were very nice, courteous and made me feel as though I was not being attacked with a sales pitch or pressured into buying right then. I will recommend this dealership to anyone I know looking for a car to buy. On another note....I was not impressed with the man who closed the deal in finance...He took it very personal that I did not purchase the extended warranty and proceeded to tell me all that my new car is known to go wrong with Subaru, taking me from feeling happy about my purchase to a feeling of fear it would break down. He may have had a sale had he approached me in a better manner than to try motivating me out of fear. More
