The dealership was very clean The salesperson was very helpful and friendly. We took the car for a test drive and the salesman explained all the features to us. Awesome truck! Great experience! Jason, the salesman, felt more like a friend than someone just trying to sell something. I received a call from Erin on a Sierra 2500. She told me car was available and sent me to customization department. She never bothered to check to see if car was sold, After wasting 2 days of my time I me car was available and sent me to customization department. She never bothered to check to see if car was sold, After wasting 2 days of my time I received a call from another sales rep asking if I was still interested in a silverado. When I asked about Sierra he mentioned it was sold 2 days ago. I never had interest in a Silverado. When I called back Erin to see what happened and ask for a Supervisor she hung up on me. Later another sales person claimed he found similar truck at another dealer. When I called no such truck existed. At the end of the day all i got was an I am sorry. Overall awful experience. Pretty much a bait and switch. More
