But after he showed us the many features that make the lg truck easy to drive and also keep us safe. We figured this was a truck for us. We did walk away, due to pricing but derick continued to work along with the manager and came up with a deal that worked great for us. The night of purchase our finance manager was great as well really imformative and so easy to question no intimidation just facts. No pressure with extended warranties. Again just facts. Derrick again even thow was very late when we finished stayed and helped my wife set up the truck with all her settings. I have purchased many cars before but this was the best expierence. More

New vehicle purchase GMC Sierra I searched the GMC website and located the exact truck I wanted at this dealership. Unfortunately, the truck was still in transit and was not on thei I searched the GMC website and located the exact truck I wanted at this dealership. Unfortunately, the truck was still in transit and was not on their lot yet. Derrick was able to locate the exact same truck at another dealership for me and get it brought in, so I could take advantage of the current rebates. I live in South Carolina and negotiated the deal over the phone (including my trade in). Everything was as agreed to when I arrived at the dealership. They went over all the additional warranty and service options, but without all the high pressure sales tactics. I test drove the truck, filled out all the paperwork, got a tour of the dealership and Derrick went over all the vehicle features with me. I was in and out quickly as I requested. Overall: good communication, friendly and no high pressure tactics. More
