Andrew demonstrated excellent customer service skills, common sense, and poise, when he called me back and listened to my complaints and prior issues with the dealership. Rather than be combative, he empathized with my frustration and thoroughly explained the situation that had happened and probably happened the last time I looked up pricing on their website. Other salespeople at that location could learn a thing or two from Andrew. We did purchase a vehicle from another dealer but I would consider buying my next vehicle if Andrew was my salesperson. There are still some shortcomings with the website that this dealership needs to address and try to resolve the issues from happening again. I still have issues with how the original visit went and my phone conversation went today with Rhett when he told me about the price difference for the vehicle I believe I could have handled that conversation differently if he had more experience. ****************** Old review This place (Nimnicht GMC) stinks of bait and switch! List one price online, only to tell you its a higher price at the dealership. I called about this vehicle, stock number and price is shown in the picture provided. (I took a screen shot of the vehicle on the site and it's cost and added it to this post but not sure if Google will show it). I was told that there was a mistake and the price is actually around $67000. I could understand that sometimes a mistake can be made when typing in information but a $13000 mistake? Also this is not the first time I called this dealership about a vehicle and was told that the price was incorrect on the web site. We were looking at purchasing a pickup about 2 years ago and were told the exact same thing. Either they need to have some quality control when it comes to entering pricing their vehicles online, or just stop entering prices and inventory if they lack the attention to detail to make sure they keep up with the pricing of their inventory on their website. I was going to let this go but we had another incident where we actually went to this dealership on December 2nd. We were working with a salesperson (first initial J) and were looking at the Yukon Denali and SLT models. There was a discount on the Denali that apparently was not offered for the SLT. We looked at several vehicles. Every vehicle I worked up some rough numbers for the OTD cost and mentioned the discount on every one. Not once did this sales person correct me and tell me that discount was not available for the SLT even though he heard me mention the discount every time I was working up the numbers while we were in the lot. It wasn't until we sat down and worked out the numbers were we told that the discount was ONLY for the Denali, not the SLT. Needless to say a deal was not made that night. Be alert when you are shopping with this dealer. Call and check the prices of the vehicles online before you make the drive to their dealership. Make sure you make them clearly state all the incentive programs and make them tell you which ones can be bundled together. If you are doing a 0% financing, some of the cash incentives are not available (mainly because the company has to recoup financing dealer fees for offering a 0% plan which is common with financing). Make sure they write everything out for you in black and white as well. My confidence as a consumer in this particular dealership is definitely at a 1 (comments here may not pertain to any other Nimnicht dealerships in Jacksonville). W.C. More

Easiest buying experience ever! I put in an online inquiry for exactly what I wanted and Christian Beltran emailed me the inventory. She was knowledgeable and experienced but in no way pushy, which is what usually makes the car buying experience a pain. Our friends and coworkers still cannot believe what a great deal we got! Will definitely go back for our next vehicle! More
service visit a service airbag message showed up on mt 2014 gmc arcadia . made an appointment for 9:30 this am . also requested first place treatment be done . my v a service airbag message showed up on mt 2014 gmc arcadia . made an appointment for 9:30 this am . also requested first place treatment be done . my vehicle was placed in service bay at about 9:45 . was told by service advisor that sensor in door was bad . i watched vehicle in service bay from that time until until about 11:30 when tech installed sensor in about 30 mins . i asked service advisor why there was not any activity on my vehicle for those 2 hrs which he replied the techs are doing 3 to 4 jobs at same time . which at that point i thought did those 3 to 4 customers have the same appointment time ??? any way the advisor asked if i still wanted first place treatment which i said yes since we had already been there 2 and half hours . the advisor stated the car wash people were caught up and it should not take long . i watched my vehicle pulled up to car wash and was first in line . i did not see any activity for 15 mins , truck had not moved . went back to service advisor and told him nothing was happening . he said he disagreed wjth me that there activity in back of car wash . i told him that i had been watching for 15 mins and nothing was moving through car wash and there was people standing around front . i do not know how he could see this from his service advisor desk . he said he disagreed again . i did get my first place treatment and left about 12:45 . my point is i bought this vehicle used at nimnicht chevy in august but was comfortable to drive from oakleaf to philips hwy store because when i bought new 2007 yukon from philips hwy i was treated well by j.c and people in service dept . i may rethink my service needs in future . i have at several places closer i can get my vehicle serviced . by the way i have purchased 3 new vehicles and 3 used vehicles over the years from the nimnicht family . James was recommended buy a friend and did everything in his power to make sure we were taking care of.
