Review would have been 5 stars, but we were not impressed with the call center staff. The area does not seem to communicate well with sales, and we felt a bit deceived about who we were actually speaking to. Too high pressure and not detailed oriented. Overall, good experience. More

John Eucare, along with the rest of the team, took excellent care of us the entire time! He was attentive, kind, respectful, and made sure to help us consider every aspect of our purchase. He was even patient when our timeline for the purchase needed to be adjusted due to Hurricane Irma's arrival. We've already discussed purchasing trucks from this dealership in the future just because we had such a good experience, and we trust the team at this dealership (though of course we're enjoying the 2014 Sierra All-Terrain we came home with!).
