Positive Experience I went to the dealership to test drive a 2017 Terrain because my current lease was up. I did not see my previous salesman that sold me my 2014 GMC Si I went to the dealership to test drive a 2017 Terrain because my current lease was up. I did not see my previous salesman that sold me my 2014 GMC Sierra so Adam quickly greeted me and we were off on a test drive. Although Adam is new he is very knowledgeable and friendly. Adam got the ball rolling and the deal done. He was patient and personable thru the entire process always asking if I needed anything. While the numbers were being crunched by the finance department my previous salesman James came over to greet me. He assisted Adam with the rest of the deal and stayed late to get me acquainted with my new vehicle. James has a lot of experience and is amazing. He is still working with us to get some additional things taken care of with the service department.
