Positive Experience I went to the dealership to test drive a 2017 Terrain because my current lease was up. I did not see my previous salesman that sold me my 2014 GMC Si I went to the dealership to test drive a 2017 Terrain because my current lease was up. I did not see my previous salesman that sold me my 2014 GMC Sierra so Adam quickly greeted me and we were off on a test drive. Although Adam is new he is very knowledgeable and friendly. Adam got the ball rolling and the deal done. He was patient and personable thru the entire process always asking if I needed anything. While the numbers were being crunched by the finance department my previous salesman James came over to greet me. He assisted Adam with the rest of the deal and stayed late to get me acquainted with my new vehicle. James has a lot of experience and is amazing. He is still working with us to get some additional things taken care of with the service department. I would recommend anyone visiting this dealership to ask for James or Adam for their car buying experience. Thank you gentlemen and thank you Nimnicht for another positive car buying experience!!! Wasted our time Our visit to Nimnicht Buick GMC started off promising with our salesman writing down every detail of what we were looking for, but quickly turned sout Our visit to Nimnicht Buick GMC started off promising with our salesman writing down every detail of what we were looking for, but quickly turned south. He kept leaving "for just two or three minutes" without telling us why and jumped the gun to bring cars around before we had time to say if we wanted to see it or not. One of the "two or three minutes" was much longer so we politely asked another salesman to tell him we left because that wasn't what we were looking for and salesman number two of course jumped on us. He convinced us to look at the inventory in the back and we were once again left alone (and the gate we came through was closed). We eventually walked the perimeter of the whole property to get out with no sign of the salesman. Complete waste of time. More
