I had an appointment at 9:00am to have a new key fob programmed!. Google says it takes between 15 to 20 minutes (which I disagree). I was told by one of your associates it takes an hour to an hour and programmed!. Google says it takes between 15 to 20 minutes (which I disagree). I was told by one of your associates it takes an hour to an hour and a half! (I would say that is reasonable!). My appointment was at 9:00am. I finally had my truck back at 11:30am.....2 1/2 hours later! That was after I went to an associate to see what was taking so long! They gave me a song and dance about computers were needed and it takes time, etc. Then within 5 minutes, it was funny how my truck was ready! I would say that is unacceptable! I'm not impressed with the service provided. I can only hope this doesn't happen to other customers! More
