Tony made me feel like his only customer and gave me his undivided attention. Tony went above and beyond to find a great car that fit my needs. I did not feel pressure to make a same day sale. It was the dead of summer. Every employee I encountered offered ( and provided) cold water at every visit. The little things do make a difference. The entire process occurred over 2 weeks. Tony was accessible via phone, email and text the entire time. In addition to the great customer service throughout, the week after the purchase, I received a lovely, unexpected thank you gift in the mail. ;-) This is a top notch dealership and Tony Fazel is a really good guy.
