Beware of Shady Salesman like Jason in Used Cars On February 17,2018 I went into Nissan 112 looking for a used Town and Country that they had advertised. Upon entering I was directed to see Jason bei On February 17,2018 I went into Nissan 112 looking for a used Town and Country that they had advertised. Upon entering I was directed to see Jason being he was in charge of Used Car Sales. We took the vehicle for a ride and I said that I liked it so we went back to his desk where he hit me with prices that we Totally out of line and I said I had been looking and all I wanted to pay was 6,000.00 and I thought he was gonna have a canary as realized that I knew what I was talking about. He said he needed to talk to his manager and will be back (15 minutes later) saying that was impossible and what would the most I would pay and I stated that I will go to 6,100.00. Once again back to his manager and he comes back and says the only way I could get that price even though I was going to pay for it there and said that it would have to be financed and he kept on being insistent and annoying with it. I then paid 2.000.00 on my credit card being he claimed the Vehicle HAD to be taken on that day. I had traveled there from NYC with a rental and he said that He would insure that the Enterprise rental would be returned by him (PS I was there 2 days later on Monday and there was No Jason, but my rental was still where I had left it, so I returned it myself on Monday incurring 2 extra days charge because of Another Lie. After he returned with my receipt for the 2,000.00 we consummated the deal, I then went into the finance office and was greeted by John (another seedy employee) he did all the paperwork and I signed on the dotted line (FYI, I paid off the loan within the next week after I received all the papers) After being at the dealership almost 5 hours I just wanted to get out of there being my daughter was late for an engagement being they were unprepared even that I had an appointment. When I returned home I read over all the papers very carefully and the numbers didn't add up, so I called them they same evening and they informed me to return on Monday and see John in Finance. When I arrived on Monday I was informed that John was home with his children playing Mr Mom being they were off of school (quite professional of them, ha ha) After a few minutes a Gentleman came out of the office and ushered me in so we could talk about the numbers. They had charged me a crazy sum (over $3000.00) for a service contract that was NEVER spoken about and after I complained that charge was removed from my total. But there was still a $788.00 charge that I had No idea what it was about and was then informed that was for obtaining the loan, once again another deceitful practice by Nissan 112. I said fine but was needless to say very Pissed. As I walked out of the office I luckily ran into Jason where I informed him of the $788.00 charge and much to my surprise he Claimed " I didn't know anything about that" !! I did find out from the Bank that the $788.00 was KEPT by Nissan 112 I was given a temporary Registration that was ready to expire and I had not yet received the permanent papers so I headed to my local DMV office and was informed that Nissan 112 retained possession of it and Never sent it to me as they were obligated to do, but I was given a replacement copy and was informed to contact Nissan 112 which I had done by leaving a voicemail on the phone of Jason that I Better receive the paperwork ASAP and in 2 days I had received it. I have no idea as to how these people can even live with themselves and even raise children, God help those little ones. The Only Decent Person there was Miranda !!! If they were the only dealer left in New York, I would gladly Stop Driving even though I have been driving for 52 years already More
