They handled our insurance right there through Allstate and We were out of the dealership in a few hours with our new car. The finance manager Fran was great too. More
DO NOT USE Purchased a car negotiated a price for my trade vehicle but didn’t have my title so they didn’t give me a receipt. When I went back with my title they gave me my receipt and they stated the number I was given for my car included the sales tax savings since when are they a representative of NY State. It’s a scam I’m going to file a complaint with the AG office. Trust me I’ve never written a bad comment on ANYONE so beware of the tactics. I purchased my cars but the original salesperson said I should at least get a price on leasing which she gave me a number and would receive a check for $9800. When I questioned why that number over the negotiated $11300 she said I was paying sales tax up front and fees. Fine when I purchase the $10400 how come? They play with numbers. Even with all that I went back we back and we went over there numbers with the lower trade and they still owe me over $500 which they say will come in the mail. I’ve never been so mad at a business I would definitely never never never recommend! More

I hardly had time to walk around when Danny began to answer my questions. We took 2 test drives and he was very knowledgeable about both vehicles, a car and and SUV. Back in the office he briefed me on the 2 vehicles and their amenities and then went to speak to the manager Mr. Ryan McHale. When he returned with the numbers it was better than I had even thought. I immediately became a new Nissan customer and after taking care of some paperwork, drove out in a beautiful new vehicle. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership, especially these 2 men. More

Typical dishonest salesmen Returned to Nissan 112 to look into leasing a 2nd consecutive vehicle from them. After test driving the vehicle, and working with Payton (salesperson Returned to Nissan 112 to look into leasing a 2nd consecutive vehicle from them. After test driving the vehicle, and working with Payton (salesperson) for a while to get the astronomical numbers down to a reasonable place, I agreed to go ahead with the transaction. Prior to agreeing to go through with the deal, I asked Payton numerous times to provide me with a ballpark figure on what the "additional fees" on top of my down payment would be. He kept providing vague responses (i.e., "Not too much," "Nothing unreasonable," etc.), until he finally reassured me they would be no more than an additional $1,000.00. Fast forward to the finance office where I started signing all of the paperwork, and then abruptly stopped when the finance manager informed me that the money down did not include an additional $3200 in dmv costs. That's where the transaction ended. Payton came back in to try to "bs" me about the fees, telling me what a beautiful vehicle I was getting, explaining he doesn't understand or control the financing matters, stating the money wasn't going to them it was going to NYS, etc. The whole time refusing to admit he did not give me the very information I had asked him for numerous times. He then had his sales manager Mike come in to try to "clean up his mess." Even Mike said there was no way he could complete the deal I was promised. I appreciated his honesty in that statement and further appreciated him not trying to push me any further into what was a terrible deal. This was the epitome of a shady deal, which was highlighted by Payton not having the decency to apologize for his wrongdoing, or even making eye contact with me as I walked right past him while exiting the dealership. I should have known not to work with Payton after he spent the entire test drive on his phone texting instead of telling me about the vehicle. Payton lost his dealership a loyal customer because I will never set foot in their dealership again or recommend them to others. Beware of hidden fees and shady sales practices if you choose this dealership. More
Did Not Want to Fix My Newly Purchased Used Car This was my 3rd time to the Dealership to fix problems with my used car. The Service Advisor Keith tried to tell me that I had to start off with payin This was my 3rd time to the Dealership to fix problems with my used car. The Service Advisor Keith tried to tell me that I had to start off with paying $982.00 for four new times because the tires were bald and one had started bulging and was a road hazard. He also tried to charge me for a diagnostic check when I told him these were the same issues that had not been fixed from two months prior. I asked him for a Manager because if the car was sold to me with 4 bad tires that wasn't my fault, especially since I had brought the car there on two earlier occasions for service. After waiting for a long time he told me they would fix the tires, but that I could not get a rental. The Loyalty Manager Raquel who was my saving grace had already told me that she would give me a rental. Thank Goodness she was at work that day. She got me a rental so that I would not have to find a ride back up to the dealership that night. Overall I am very disappointed with Nissan and the service I received. The hassles that I went through just to get my car right were very very stressful and unnecessary had an inspection been performed on my car or if the proper attention had been given to it when I initially took it in for service. I must say that out of all the disappointment the Loyalty Manager Raquel was very professional and gave me the attention I needed. She was very helpful and the only reason why my car is fixed today. You all should treasure her because she is very awesome. Everyone else from the Sales person Eric Wohlrab to the service advisors Kevin and Keith did not seem to care about me and I will remember that and never ever consider buying a car from Nissan 112 EVER AGAIN. More
