On February 17th, 2025, I took delivery of my brand new 2025 Nissan Altima SR from Nissan 24. Within a few short days of ownership, I noticed a loud, clicking sound coming from the driver's side wheel area 2025 Nissan Altima SR from Nissan 24. Within a few short days of ownership, I noticed a loud, clicking sound coming from the driver's side wheel area (sounds like a click in the suspension/wheel well). On Friday, March 28, 2025, I brought my car to Nissan 24 for diagnosis. The original service advisor couldn’t identify the issue but noted hearing the noise. I was given a loaner and told I’d hear from them the following Tuesday. Tuesday arrived without a response. Despite calling within two weeks, no one could explain the problem, except to say they were replacing parts. After two weeks, I was alerted on April 8, 2025, that the car was ready for pickup. They stated they replaced parts related to the strut, mounts and bumper. I went to the dealer, only to find the same noise. I advised taking the car and contacting them if the noise persisted. One advisor remarked, “You didn’t buy a Rolls Royce.” On April 21, 2025, I returned the car with my complaints and provided videos of the noise. I received no updates unless I called. After two weeks, I was told the issue was resolved. When I picked up on May 5, 2025, I immediately heard the noise and returned. I was told the loose bolts on the dash had been tightened to the frame. I test-drove the car with two techs, but they didn't hear. I went back to Nissan 24 on Wednesday 5/7/2025 at 8am. My car WAS NOT worked on AT ALL while it was there until 5/14/2025. In that entire time, SAT, untouched. When I called and spoke to the advisor on Tuesday 5/13, I was told “Oh, I just found out today, the tech I had assigned had a death in the family. I just found out today, so I need to get it to someone else”. My car was UNTOUCHED for an entire week. On Wednesday 5/14 I drove to the dealer and told them that I was picking up my car due to it not being touched. To this day, my car is STILL making the noise with no solution in sight. The dealer has offered no solution at all. More
