Good morning, Please see below for my Experience at Nissan 24 I went onto your website and saw a Rouge SV for 0 down and 239 ish per month Lease. with Good credit ( our interest rate is in the 2%) Nissan 24 I went onto your website and saw a Rouge SV for 0 down and 239 ish per month Lease. with Good credit ( our interest rate is in the 2%) I called and spoke with the Sales manager who told me he had a white leftover that he could give me an even BETTER deal on! We get to the Dealership and they roll up a 2025 Rouge S with no options, when I ask about the white one, they tell me that one wont work This one has better rebates. ( Ended up having a $500 Rebate) ok So fast forward, the wife drives it and likes it. With 2k down the lease was going to be somewhere around $700.00 per month, Salesman says " those prices online are just to get you in the door" Same Payment to buy it as to lease it I refuse the high price, here comes the closer.. We go back and forth and he's going to take the loss so we can get the car. During the convo they mention we are even going to get Free going to get free Oil changes! So we settle on 600.00 per month... Next we go to finance and sign away. No mention of any add ons. I actually said to Angel, we want no add ons im already over the payment I want to be at My wife signs everything ( her first car SHE bought) the next day im going thru everything and notice we paid 45K for a 31K car. As I start going thru the paperwork i notice a $5K Warranty 7Yr. 100k miles. We had told them she drives 5-6 k miles per year; she will most likely run out of time before miles.and right about the time the Factory warranty runs out. Gap ins, paint ins (I was told every car that comes in has this " Special " coating so why did I pay for an ins for that?) Security?? and my Favorite.. 800.00 for " included" oil changes. So shame on me and not pulling out a calculator and figuring out the payment vs cost of car when going back and forth with the Closer or I would have figured out they were adding all these Extras Without offering them. Shame on Me for Trusting. With All this im sure you know the answer to weather or not I would or Have Recommended this dealership More
Calvin told me when we test driving the car it had a V-8, it's a V-6. He also asked me if I had any attachment to my old license plate I replied no why, he said he would get a new one to go with the new c it's a V-6. He also told me when I come back for new registration they put a sticker on the car and full the tank up with gas. I had to go get the sticker and I paid to fill the gas tank myself. Filling out the paperwork that person asked me if I wanted the tire and wheel coverage I told him no, he said it was a good thing to have that the rims are very expensive I replied I have 3 vehicles and I have never damaged tires or rims I don't need the coverage, after getting home I seen that I signed for it, when I told him I didn't want it. When I got home the next day I seen 2 small scratches one each front fender, I showed the sale person when I picked up the registration, he told me the detailer was coming the next day Saturday ,I told he I couldn't make it, so he called the detailer to see when the next time he would be there, sale person took 2 pictures and texted them to the detailer. Calvin told me he would get back to me. That was on 1/9/26 haven't heard back yet. Calvin told me that I could buy the car after lease was up ( HOPE HE RIGHT ) More

He was very patient, and when he needed a better understanding of our needs he brought in his boss,I believe his name is Jason. who is a great guy. He has an eight year old son. Working with people who get how life can be is the best. It makes it easy. Jonathan made it easy for us and we are greatful. This Guy is a sweet heart. He helped throughout the whole process. The whole team that we worked with that day at Nissan made our experience buying our car less stressful. Our family got a new car for Christmas.
