Darryl Davis was exceptional. I sent my brother to get some information on some cars we had looked at after hours. Darryl helped him and sent him the information requested. My brother spoke very highly of Darryl so the next day we went together to test out some cars. I knew once I met Darryl, I was in the right place. We took a couple of cars for a ride, not once did I feel pressure to make a selection. I do want to say my plan going in was to take my time and not jump on the first car I liked, well, that didn't work I bought a car, mostly because I felt ver secure in the process and the car. After Darryl I was sent to talk with Angel Cruz, the finance manager. After talking with Angel, I knew I was going to be fine in my decision. Angel was very nice and personable, took the time to explain and answer and questions that I had. I have been a "Chevy" girl for a long time, I changed because of my experience with this group. More

In addition to Darryl by MY request I was blessed to have worked with the General manger Jason Ferreira and he was very polite and informative and was the bonus to helping secure my new vehicle. Talked to Kelsey for 3 days, made an appt to go in at 5pm on a Saturday, after I got out of work, to look at a 2020 Pathfinder. Got there at the time I said I would be there - and they had sold the car 30 mi on a Saturday, after I got out of work, to look at a 2020 Pathfinder. Got there at the time I said I would be there - and they had sold the car 30 minutes before I got there!!!! Then they tried selling me a 2018 Pathfinder that looked similar but had paint chips and alot of cosmetic issues that they weren't willing to correct. I was STILL going to purchase the car, even though I wasn't really happy with it - until they tried to add a $6,070.00 warranty to my purchase!! NO THANK YOU!! That's when I walked away and went to Nucar Nissan of North Attleboro. Be very careful when you work with this dealership. You can talk to someone for days - set up an appt, thinking you have the car you want - only to be let down when you get there and find out they decided to sell it to someone else!!!! I should have walked away at that moment! If you do buy a car from here - pay close attention to all the numbers because they'll just add stuff in if you're not paying attention. More
