Only complaint being that the finance department was super backed up the day we went looking, and we ended up being there for almost 6 hours start to finish. I would definitely make an appt early in the day if you are planning on buying on a weekend. Tons of cars available at a super competitive price. I worked with Ed McCarthy to find out which vehicle best suited my interest and wallet. Ed explained the pros and cons of both and I decided on the 2019 Nissan Frontier with the pro 4x package. I have had it for a week and enjoy it very much. I didn't think I would have enough leg room with the smaller truck I proved myself wrong. After purchasing vehicles from multiple dealerships I found the staff at Nissan 24 the most easiest to deal with. Thanks to everyone at Nissan 24 for making me feel at ease during a stressful time. After seeing an ad in the Boston Globe I decided to reach out to Nissan 24 and I am so glad that I did. From the initial phone call to the delivery of the new vehicle the interaction was top notch. Operational Opinion In my search for a full size SUV, I went on line checking the local inventory in house and my second visit for information yielded a 2018 Nissan Muran In my search for a full size SUV, I went on line checking the local inventory in house and my second visit for information yielded a 2018 Nissan Murano which caught my eye along with a sales rep who seemed to be multi tasking. We both caught each others eye and then Jose and I sat down and discussed my needs, goals and options. From that point, Jose honed in and with professional direction shared his thoughts, went back to management. Upon his return, I had quite a few selections to choose from and at that point my goals were fulfilled and mission accomplished. From the top operational command to the grunt sales force I was looked upon professionally, given total respect and direct information to make a sound purchase.I certainly would recommend this dealership for those who want to keep things real !! He never once tried to sell me on something else. He was very honest, professional and helpful guiding me through the whole purchasing process. They had a vehicle that matched my criteria so I came in the test drive it. I loved it and it was exactly what I wanted with almost all the upgrades I wanted. When I told him I needed a backup cam, navigation and extended warranty he worked with his manager, Decio, to get the backup cam and nav thrown in for free. Then he got me a great 5 year warranty that still stuck within my max monthly payment. It was my first time buying a car so he walked me through every step answering all my questions and concerns. I was looking for a very specific type c300 (color interior/exterior, price, miles, options, etc) and Nissan24 pulled through with the best price for what I was looking for. I did my research for weeks online and checked out several similar vehicles. Can't thank Kyle enough for helping me get the best deal on a great vehicle. More
