I had the pleasure of getting to meet a young man by the name of Kyle Rego who did more than just help assist me throughout the car shopping process ; by turning what usually is a painstaking and stressful process into a relaxing and informative trip. Confusion The salesperson (Giovanni), was pleasant but confusing. I test drove three vehicles ( 2018 Sentra, 2019 Altima, and a 2018 Altima). He initially sa The salesperson (Giovanni), was pleasant but confusing. I test drove three vehicles ( 2018 Sentra, 2019 Altima, and a 2018 Altima). He initially said that he didn't think he had any 2018 Altima models. Therefore, he offered to sell me a 2019 Altima AT THE SAME PRICE as the 2018 Altima model. Then, he found a new 2018 Altima ("buried") in the back (or against) two or three other vehicles on your lot. I was wondering why he wanted me to buy the 2018 Altima, and not the 2019 Altima which, incidentally, HAD THE SAME STICKER PRICE as the 2018 Altima. I think that he just "lied" or was deceptive about the 2019 Altima. I just thought that he really didn't want to sell me the 2019 Altima and was embarrassed to admit he made an ERROR. Anyway, I asked him about this discrepancy and he was evasive. I started to leave the dealership as He gave me the impression that he didn't want to really sell it to me, and was afraid to admit he made a mistake and wasn't truth or honest about it (that he didn't want to sell it to me at the same price and terms of the 2018 Altima). This is the truth as much as I remember. I will not recommend to anyone to go to your dealership and I won't be coming back there. More
