Great follow-up I recently purchased a Nissan Rogue and after going to another dealership and doing our homework, the guys were straightforward. Marvin and Manny mad I recently purchased a Nissan Rogue and after going to another dealership and doing our homework, the guys were straightforward. Marvin and Manny made a deal happen quickly with not a lot of back & forth haggling! Marvin Machado was our Salesman and after the purchase he continued to follow up with me and helped with our DMV registration, insurance transfer, and coordinated the finance paperwork. Maybe this is standard protocol, but at least he took care of that for me! He was very friendly and helpful the entire time. I did have a slight issue that I raised with the Service Department, and they ordered the part. Marvin kept me in the loop as to ordering the part and when it would be ready, and was very pro-active, which I truly appreciated. During the time the issue was being resolved, I had a loaner which apparently you can get when your car is in the Service Department -- good for busy moms! Thank you Marvin and Nissan 24! ~S&D More
