Jose took care of everything from start to finish. It's a high standard to meet and this dealership - both through sales and service - exceeds the standard. This dealership appears to embrace building long-term relationships with customers, and for that, we will remain loyal. With so many other car dealerships changing names and faces at a rapid rate, we value consistency and that is what you will get at Nissan 24. I just had my car serviced here as well, and as always, the service staff is very thorough and professional. I've never felt "hosed" or "upsold" here on service and parts that I don't need. The fact that I have been coming here for 8 years and generally see minimal turnover is a testament to a well-run organization. More
Very Shady and Dishonest After test driving all day at dfferent dealers I popped into Nissan 24. After 2 1/2 hours spent there, I had finally found a car that I was happy with. Decio was personable and easy to work with. However, when it was finally time to settle on a price that's when things went south. They quoted me on a price that seemed very high for what seemed reasonable. I counter offered with what I thought was right. As I am sitting there waiting for Decio to come back, I happened to go on Nissan 24s direct website and saw that the car was listed $1,000 LESS than what they were trying to get me for. Shocked, I marched right up to the back desk and showed the website to Manny, Mark, and Deceo. No one would even look me in the eye and they refused to give me the paperwork with the quoted, up-marked, price because they said it was 'too confidential'. No one said sorry they just kept their heads down. They should be very ashamed trying to take advantage of a single young woman! Exhausted and offended, I left. I am only posting because I don't want this to happen to anyone else. More

Best dealer in the area We were looking for a good deal to lease a Rouge. We went to Nissan 24 in Brockton to see what we could do. When we arrived, we met Marvin Machado w We were looking for a good deal to lease a Rouge. We went to Nissan 24 in Brockton to see what we could do. When we arrived, we met Marvin Machado who was one of the nicest sales people we have ever encountered at a dealership! Marvin took the time to explain everything we needed to know abot leasing a Rouge SV and was just a pleasure to work with. The sales manager (Jayson) worked hard to make the numbers work and we were able rto walk out with the vehicle we wanted. This is a great dealership with no pressure on the customer to close the deal in minutes. More

After receiving a pre-approval online for financing, I received a text and email from a representative to schedule an appointment to visit the dealership. Due to my busy work schedule, it took me a couple weeks before I was able to stop by. They assured me that this was not an issue. When I was available, I reached out and was told to come in to meet with someone named Mark. When I arrived, the gentleman who greeted me seemed to have no idea who Mark was, but he asked my husband and I to sit with him because he could "help". This gentleman's name was Jose and Jose had a very hard time finding my online application. After quite awhile of searching, he was able to locate it and thus began our search for my new (used) vehicle. We talked about the type of vehicle I was interested in and I made it VERY clear that I needed an SUV as I travel with quite a bit of equipment for work. I mentioned that I liked the Nissan Rogue, but I was open to other SUV suggestions. Jose then raved about how much he loved his personal Nissan Rogue. Jose left us for a bit of time and asked us to come outside to look at the first vehicle he had to show us. I was not given the option to go around the lot to look at different cars. I was only allowed to look at the ones selected for me. This first car was a small sedan (not even close to what we had discussed). Jose agreed (yet again) that I need an SUV and told me he would be back. The next vehicle he brought to me was a 2013 Nissan Rogue. I took the car for a test drive and I told him I was sold. We went inside to do paperwork and I was assured that I would be approved (even though I had received a "pre-approval" that meant nothing apparently). I had to leave a deposit to secure the vehicle which I was not comfortable with where I was not guaranteed anything. I was told that I would hear back the next day and Jose gave me his phone number to text and follow up. The next day, I texted Jose in the afternoon looking for an update. I was told it would be another few days and he made me feel like I was a bother reaching out to him. When I did not hear anything by Monday afternoon, I followed up again. Again, I was told it would take longer and Jose's texting was AWFUL! I could barely understand a word he typed... VERY unprofessional. I ended up calling Nissan24 to speak with someone else. This person I spoke with told me I had 24 hours to come up with another $3000 upfront if I wanted the Rogue. This was after Jose had told me I should not have a problem getting approved with the down payment I was already making along with my trade-in. This news was also not given to me until I called them to get some information. This dealership is horrible when it comes to communication. A few days later, I was able to come up with just about all of the $3000 and I contacted the dealership to see what my options were. They would not take my money until all $3000 was in full and they would not work with me. Yet again, Jose was no help either. Two weeks later, I got a letter in the mail saying I was not approved for financing through Nissan24. Their guaranteed approval is an absolute scam. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, but if you do end up using them, good luck on getting information (I hope you are in no rush to get a car) and DO NOT use Jose as a salesman. More

Ed McCarthy made the process very easy and no-nonsense. Though this isn't the closest Nissan dealership to my home, I'm very happy I went out of my way to work with Ed and Nissan 24 again. I highly recommend visiting Ed at Nissan 24 if you're in the market for a new car. More
