Excellent Sales Experience We had been in contact with "management" personnel via email prior to our visit to the actual dealership. The people seemed helpful online; however, when we arrived at the dealership, we were advised that the "lead" person we had been dealing with had no record of us! Needless to say, we were very displeased, and almost left on the spot. However, a sales rep - Vladimyr Jean-Charles - advised he would be happy to help us with our needs. A few hours later, we walked away with a lease deal (the finance rep was excellent as well) with which we were very satisfied! Two days later, we drove away in our new car.
