good place I bought two Altimas at this dealership in 2011 and 2012, when it was not yet in its new building. From salesman "John" (the golfer) to service to the I bought two Altimas at this dealership in 2011 and 2012, when it was not yet in its new building. From salesman "John" (the golfer) to service to the financial people, I've never really had a bad experience there. Good deal on the cars and trade-ins, reliable cars that I'd put up to Toyota or Honda any day. We currently have 105k and 55k on the cars and they've been largely trouble-free. Their new facility is very spacious, welcoming with free coffee and a nice waiting room. Discounts are plentiful via coupons, and the service people are honest in whether something REALLY needs to be done, or just wait until next time. I never walk away from the cashier's window feeling ripped off, unlike the feeling I'd had plenty of times in random dealerships elsewhere. More

False advertisment Be careful about this dealer's advertisement on their web site. I was looking for a used car (Nissan Altima) in the range of 15000. I found a car on t Be careful about this dealer's advertisement on their web site. I was looking for a used car (Nissan Altima) in the range of 15000. I found a car on their listing for 14999. I thought I can get the price they listed. In the end, it turns out the real price is $400 more, unless you take a car loan from Nissan finance! I wanted to pay in cash in full amount. But they said it is not possible to get the car at that price without going through the loan! By the way, nothing in the advertisement you can find a clause to state this arrangement. In fact, my wife even chatted with their sales person online and was told nothing of this trickery. For the loan, I can opt to hold the load for 3 month and then pay it off without penalty. But that incurs extra $200+ financial cost in the end. Not a big deal. Just feel cheated and left with some bad taste in my mouth. Why people be honest?! Also they charged me $382 for document fee! I don't even remember I paid that much of document fee to close my house!!! Bad, really bad! More
