This past Saturday we picked up our 2021 Chrysler Pacifica. The experience was great with everyone at the dealership. Our main contact was Heidi and she couldn't have been any better. I told them that the previous week I had a bad experience with another dealership that I had been doing business with for along time. I was upset with there hidden fee's. Heidi said that there were none and that I could walk away if she wasn't straight up. Well as you can see from my first sentence, we bought the car. The General Manager (sorry I can't remember his name) was really nice and we had a good conversation. They will be my first choice on my next vehicle purchase. More
1/11/24 was an amazing day for me @Nissan City Port Chester! Even bf I entered the bldg I met w/Winston Guzman who was so incredibly nice to me outside that instantly & w/o a send thought I chose to ha Chester! Wow, he was so thoughtful AND even in helping me w/things outside of the scope of purchasing a car! The mannerisms were off the chart! I am honored to have had the service he provided to me and his teammate Robin Adames, who handles the financials was the most humble down to earth guy I’ve had the pleasure in dealing with in a very long time and went through hoops & hounds to get me the best possible deal! Lastly, and I save the BEST for last, is Gabriel Salcedo, Manager who both my husband & I’ve had the pleasure in dealing w/him for appx 15 yrs is now at this location! I used to deal w/Gabriel at his other location & as soon as I found out he relocated I immediately went to find him! Without a doubt I’d go to the end of the earth to find him when it comes to buying a car simply bc of the OUTSTANDING customer service AND experiences I’ve had the pleasure in encountering with him! Gabriel Salado is such a stand-up guy with a no-nonsense attitude when it comes to fighting for the BEST deal possible for his clients! I had the best car buying experience of my entire life while at this dealership! From the moment we walked in, Rose Ruiz, my salesperson, was so warm and friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and energetic while at this dealership! From the moment we walked in, Rose Ruiz, my salesperson, was so warm and friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and energetic and accommodating and she continued to be that way throughout the entire experience. Every single person who we dealt with...Sophia O'Melia, Jose Concepcion, Tom Deluca and Mamadou Diallo were extremely friendly, helpful, down to earth and knowledgeable during the whole time we were there. Sophia still continues to help me whenever I have random questions. With a team who is so straight forward and who aims to please, this was definitely my most pleasurable and successful experience at a car dealership! More
This dealership and service center is full of trash. The dealership sells junk cars and know they are broken. They pretend they cannot find the problem with your car it’s under warranty. The minute the warranty runs out they miraculously find the issue. Then they want to charge thousands of dollars to fix the problem. Everyone who works there is a total snake. The dealer side to the service side. Don’t waste your money buying the $2500 service warranty. It’s useless because they can’t find anyone to fix the problem. More
I've been a loyal customer of this dealership for more than 16 years, buying and leasing cars, it "WAS" always a pleasure to go there. I called to service for an oil change, they gave me an appointment fo than 16 years, buying and leasing cars, it "WAS" always a pleasure to go there. I called to service for an oil change, they gave me an appointment for almost a month later. When my appointment came, I asked if I could wait but they told me it could take over two hours, when it should take no more than 30 minutes as I have been doing this for many years. I'm very disappointed with the service as they are not as friendly as they were when the previous owner was there. I seriously reconsidering changing to another car dealership. More

I brought my car in for repairs they left my key in the vehicle and it was stolen. They promised to take care of the situation but then they didn’t. Instead they waited for my insurance payout and then att vehicle and it was stolen. They promised to take care of the situation but then they didn’t. Instead they waited for my insurance payout and then attempted to sell me a car at full price. Their management is horrible. Service is horrendous and then didn’t try to contact me or help me to compensate for the items in my vehicle that were stolen. Both the car and key was gone but they claimed no one from the dealership was responsible. I would never go to this dealership for service of purchase. The manager Isaac is completely tone deaf and insensitive. He treated my concerns as if it was an inconvenience for him when they allowed my vehicle to be stolen from their lot. More
This dealership is not responsive at all, especially after you have purchased a car from it. It took me over 3 weeks to get my deposit back from the car I actually purchased. Now that I over-paid for my DMV fees, and they are required to refund the difference, and of course, no one responds to emails or calls. And, my first payment is due this week, and there is no record of my loan with Nissan, and again, the dealership won't return emails or calls. The sales person, Joshua Pena, was great, but he left the day after I picked-up my car. More
