I waited over an and a half to be told the parts rep ordered the wrong size tires, AFTER they already removed my existing tires from my vehicle. Which forced me to leave with mix match tires. After the new tires were installed, my vehicle has not rode the same. I requested balance and mounting and I pretty sure it was not done. More

I just took my vehicle in for service on March 23. they replaced my front control arms and did a multipoint inspection and an oil change at the same time. I dropped my car off in the morning and they graciously dropped me off at my office. By 2 o’clock, everything was completely done, and they even washed my car as well. my car is running so well and I owe it to the great people at Nissan of Ellicott city. Ray.Karpal Is the best service manager in the industry. His technicians are amazing. Sean Tucker and DeAndre, Cooper do a fantastic job and kept me informed of how my car service was progressing. these people are the gold standard for taking care of their customers. I couldn’t be happier with how They take care of my three Nissans. More
