I purchased a used Pre*owned certified Nissan from Nissan North and shortly after purchased the transmission failed. Though they replaced the part since the car was under 60K I am deeply disappointed in the North and shortly after purchased the transmission failed. Though they replaced the part since the car was under 60K I am deeply disappointed in the Quality of the vehicle and service of this dealership and manufacture. The dealerships pre*own certified sales are very low currently and for the consumers sake let's hope it stays that way. Move on to another dealership for good quality service and cars. Thank you for reading my review. This is my first one on this platform and I hope it helps Dad's like me trying to purchase a car for their 16-year-old daughter. The current state of the car is it vibrates like you are sitting on a washing machine. Due to my experience, I wouldn't purchase a new vehicle from Nissan North based on the low quality of their service and how they treat the customer. I hope this teaches the dealership to treat your customers right and sale good quality cars for once. More

I recently bought a used Mazda here and Marvin in sales was wonderful to deal with. I am retired and have not bought a car in over 15 years so the modern car tech was very daunting but they spent extra tim was wonderful to deal with. They contacted me, stayed in touch, we did the paperwork online very easily, my vehicle was ready, fueled, detailed as was promised. They picked me up from the airport so all I had to do was get in the vehi online very easily, my vehicle was ready, fueled, detailed as was promised. Christopher Lynch was very helpful when I purchased my used Mazda. He was honest and forthcoming, which is opposite of the "used car salesman" stereotype. I bought a used car and had it shipped to me in Georgia. The dealer advertised as no accidents. I did not notice the front driver side quarter panel was repainted.
