The big dealer discount gets countered by a huge add-ons ($3,000+) most of which are useless or overpriced. It was like pulling teeth to even get them to put anything in writing for me to see. Had one salesman ghost me and another make me wait 20 minutes to test drive for a scheduled appointment after I showed up 10 minutes early. I left before she came back with the keys. It was too bad. She was a sweet lady. Go somewhere else. More

If you are an inexperienced buyer and don`t understand how to negotiate a deal that is feasible with respect to your income, please talk to someone or be accompanied by a knowledgeable person otherwise you will be taken advantage of as I was. I do hold myself accountable for my own ignorance and for the purchase but this process is predatory in nature. The idea is to make the sale and not match the customer with a vehicle ideal for his or her budget. DO NOT BUY HERE! !! Hunter was the sales guy I worked with. Before I even went to the dealership he told me they had a car I was 100% approved for. He sent me a link t !! He tells me just come in and look at it. We are going to give you a 100k warranty for free. I only purchased the car because of that. IT WAS A LIE!!!!! They put my hefty down PMT towards that and a reconditioning fee (I don't even know what that is much less did I agree to pay for it!) so turns out I now owe the entire sales price of the car. I also did not receive a copy of all of the paperwork I signed. Scammers and Liars!!!! BUYERS BE WARNED!!!!! More
We found a vehicle that we liked on line called spoke with a salesman on the phone for 2 days. After being told several times that we could not drive up there and not make some kind of a deal he finally with a salesman on the phone for 2 days. After being told several times that we could not drive up there and not make some kind of a deal he finally convinced us to drive up and said he would make a us a deal on our 2020 Volkswagen and we would be driving home in truck with our payment’s where we need them and get up there and we was 100 dollars from the payment we needed. He just said thanks for coming in. It was a 2022 model that was supposedly been discounted and it’s almost time for the 2024 to come out they still had 3 2022 More

Plain and simple they DO NOT honor their warranty. I bought a new sentra 1 1/2 years ago it has less than 10K miles and a repeat issue that they say I have to pay for to get it fixed.
